As my time as Acting Principal of OLOL finishes I wish to thank the pupils, staff and parents for their hard work, support and encouragement over the last year.
Whilst it was a most unusual and challenging time, my colleagues and I managed to keep the school open and children safe. We also developed a new wellness area, an inviting new entrance, a computer suite and new touch screen boards for classrooms. With the help of parent donations we upgraded our reading books for KS1 as well as introducing a new Literacy scheme for KS2.
Furthermore plans have been approved for new perimeter fencing and additional drainage /kerbing close to the entrance of our school pitch.
